The European Commission urges the Council of the European Union to agree on their negotiation position with respect to the draft ePrivacy Regulation.

The Commission has urged this progress in order that the negotiations with the European Parliament can commence by June 2018, with an aim towards adopting the Draft Regulation by the end of 2018.
